The Liquid:
Yummmmm. I purchased a doubler (30%VG) of it, and a 1oz bottle (48mg 10%VG) to be mixed with it. I had never tried this flavor, But figured what the hell? I love German Chocolate Cake, and I love TV's liquid, So I would take a leap of faith, and buy the nic juice, and the doubler. I mixed a little bottle down to 24MG.
It DOESN'T disappoint! It has the delicious chocolate flavor, mixed with the light flavor of creamy coconut frosting. SOOO GOOD! I can't wait to see how this flavor develops! If you are a fan of sweets, PLEASE try this flavor, its soo yummy! Excellent amount of vapor, and the throat hit is gentle, but still there. Its the perfect blend!

*Extras:
I purchased plain VG and PG along with sweetener along with flavorings so I can start trying to mix some of my own liquids. I shopped around, and decided I might as well buy it from TV. Great prices, and hell. I shop there anyways!

Customer Service:
There was a tiny hiccup with my order. I ordered some 6ml bottles so I can start playing with flavors/nic levels, and I think since my order was bigger, and random perhaps they were forgotten. Who knows. Everything else was perfect... But I did really want the little bottles along with the 15ml ones so I can take smaller bottles with me to work. Right now I am toting around the 30ml ones!
I didn't want to make a fuss about $3.50, and I knew that TV would fix the problem but I couldn't justify calling and making a fuss over such a small thing, because the shipping they would have to pay to send me just the empty tiny bottles would be more then they are even worth. Then I had an idea.
I called the Live Help number, And Geoff himself answered. I explained what had happened, and he was extremely apologetic and seemed to really want to rectify the situation even though it was over something so small. Now thats customer service! I told him it really wasn't a big deal, and asked if on my next order, he could just throw them in. Problem solved :) Plus this just gives me MORE justification to order more tasty liquids from him!!! ;)
Once again, TV's excellent customer service raises the bar.

No review, Just Banter.

Today I received a question from an ECF member asking why on earth I add in what I think about the bottle in my reviews. Perhaps this has maybe 1% to due with the fact that I am a perfume collector, and Bottles are a portion of the appeal. The REAL reason is that over the past year, I have ordered A LOT of different liquids from A LOT of different suppliers. Since I have ordered from so many places, I have gotten a shit ton of different types of bottles. Some have arrived okay, and others have arrived broken or half empty leaking all over the place because the supplier was too much of a cheap ass to invest in decent bottles. It's because of this that I throw in weather or not the bottle is a piece of shit, or if its a good bottle that will protect your precious liquid from the evil air that can hurt it... And end up wasting your hard earned money. Who wants that? Not me.
I wont mention the suppliers with POS bottles because alot of it happened last year, and maybe they have changed. This blog is for up to date reviews.

Updated Review: Boston Cream Pie

Alright, So I previously wrote a review on Tastyvapor.us 's Tasty finger, but wanted to reserve judgement on their Boston Cream Pie because it had no flavor, and I wanted to let it steep a little.
Here's the Review:



I've said it before, and I'll say it again. It never ceases to amaze me when I vape a flavored liquid, and for a second become totally confused because there isn't the yummy texture of the delicious dessert in my mouth, but the flavor is there. Tasty vapor has succeeded in putting one of my favorite pies in vapor form. It tastes EXACTLY like Boston Cream Pie! Down to the light pie crust flavor. This liquid has a great throat hit with out being too harsh. Its not too sweet, so it makes an excellent all day vape. Plus, Who needs to Diet when you can vape treats all day long? Clouds of vapor, due to the tough of VG I asked for. Yumm... I highly recommend this flavor. Im still shocked that the first day, I could taste nothing, and was slightly disappointed and didn't really want to test it again... But I'm sure glad I did. This liquid is amazing!

Be sure to snatch up the weekly flavors on sale for only $10! These change on Fridays, so get 'em cheap while you can!!

This is from my first and only Totally Wicked order. I ordered one bottle of RedBull Flavored Super High liquid.



The Deal:
There was no deal when I purchased this bottle, But now they are 20% off. But... I still don't think that's a very good deal.

The Bottle:
This is the reason their liquid is expensive. Its all to pay for the packaging. You receive one large box, and inside of that box is two smaller boxes. In one you have the actual liquid bottle with a generic lid. In the second box, you have a Dropper cap, so you have to combine the two yourself. Sure, It looks fancy... But at the end of the day we vape this stuff. We don't put it on display. The bottle itself is very nice, amber tinted glass to preserve the liquid. You also get a tiny 3ml bottle to fill up and take one the go. This back of the bottle actually lists all 16 Ingredients, So if you have allergies at least you can see what you're inhaling.

The Liquid:
This liquid is average. Vapor production is minimal, But the throat hit is massive. But.. That's to be expected with PG liquids. The flavor is strong. But after a while it starts to resemble rotten fruit, So I wouldn't recommend this as an all day vape.

Customer Service:
I had no problems what so ever with my transaction, And shipping was fast.

I was planning on buying this one anyway, But I happened to get in on sale because it was one of the flavors of the week! *Bonus* Honestly I was slightly skeptical... Could it really taste like a "ButterFinger" like everyone says?
Yes. Yes it can. And it does. It tastes exactly like the yummy candy. Throat hit is strong, Vapor is great. And since these get better over time, I can't wait to taste it again in a week!

Boston Cream Pie-
Honestly, Everyone who buys "Fresh handmade" liquid knows that you should let them sit for AT LEAST a week. Sometimes they taste good when they arrive at your door, but most of the time they need to steep. (Unlike mass produced flavors sitting on some suppliers shelf that have had plenty of time to develop)
For me, This is one of those flavors. There isn't much there for me. I am going to let it sit for a few weeks, And post another review. It would be unfair of me to judge something that is half baked ;)


Customer Service-
...It leaves something to be desired. I thought I had a problem, and left a very nice, professional voicemail on their machine. Never heard anything back. I send a nice, professional email. Never heard back. In some ways, Now that I know what was really going on I don't know if I can hold it against them.
My problem was this: My tracking number said it was out for delivery on cali. I live in utah, and got worried that somehow my package was going to be delivered to some unsuspecting person in Oakland, and I would be out the $. After some help from the people on the forum, I found the Single paragraph on the TV site that says that for some reason their local post office uses the wrong status message but everything will show up to the proper destination. Which is great and all, But I would have never known that if it weren't for the ECF. I still haven't heard a peep back from TV about my "issue".. Then again I guess if I were TV I wouldn't waste my time responding to a "Non-Issue" either when there could be some real ones waiting.
I got my liquids... No harm no foul :)

Weapon Of Choice

I am a huge fan of the 510. I know, I know, Everyone says that till they try a mod, And maybe I will too if the day ever comes that I purchase one. For now though, I am content with my stock pile of 510 accessories.

The Review:

Butter Rum Espresso-
YUMMMMM! I LOVE anything coffee flavored, so I just had to try this one. Its dead on. It has a rich espresso flavor at first, then upon exhale i get this creamy butter rum flavor. Its amazing. SHIT LOADS of vapor too :) I love the VG/PG mix. Excellent throat hit! I will be buying LOTS of this. (You can tell from the photo that It's my favorite flavor this week)

Chocolate Cheesecake-
Hmm... Very strong throat hit. LOADS of vapor. Has a Dark Chocolate flavor. Not milky "Hersheys" style chocolate. There is a hint of cheesecake... Not overwhelming, But Delicious. Definetly a well mixed flavor. (As long as you dig chocolate) Again, LOTS and lots of vapor. This BGV PG/VG stuff is my new favorite!

Cappuccino-
It has the slightly bitter yummyness that I love in a good cappuccino. Its not sickly sweet like alot of juices that I have. (Nothing against sweet, I LOVE sweet) Once again, GREAT throat hit, but not too harsh. Good vapor production.

Cheesecake-
First off, I love cheesecake. I guess I love anything involving the word cheese... ;) Any way, This liquid actually tastes like cheesecake, which I know is hard to do. Not the thick rich New York style cheesecake, But the boxed Mix it and stick it in the fridge kind (Which I think is yummy too) But they definetly have different flavors. Its more sweet. All in all its a yummy dessert vape. Excellent for those of us who have a sweet tooth. Smooth throat hit, Good vapor production.

Mocha-
Great Chocolaty Coffee Flavor. Not one of my favorites, But I have never really loved mocha. Just thought I would try it out. For those of you who dig mocha, I highly recommend it :) Nice throat hit, Good vapor production.

So I was browsing on the ECF and stumbled upon a topic where a supplier that I had never ordered from stated that the first 5 people who completed this sentence -Reason #10 why vaping is better then smoking- (Or something to that effect)He would send a FREE passthrough! All he wants is some feedback on how it works for them. I figured what the hell, and did it. I hunted down the answer from his website, and a few days later, VIOLA! I now have a KILLER passthrough that was absolutely free!!
I can't stress this enough. Things like this make me want to support his business. Maybe because I work for myself, and I am always trying to think of new ways to get people to buy from ME when there are so many others out there who sell things online, and When I see that others are making an effort to do the same I want to let them know that it works. Any way, Here's the review.

Two words. Holy shit. This thing vapes like a dream. Its a 510 Manual direct passthrough. I know many people are weary of passthroughs, because those of us who have been doing this for over a year jumped on the wagon and purchased the original passthrough. The shitty one with the little battery box, and the weak wires that snapped and the thing was $20+ and maybe lasted a week.
This is a whole new ball game people.
There is no battery box. The wire is THICK. Not thick to the point that its weird, but nice and sturdy. :) I love it. GREAT PRODUCT!!! Insane amounts of vapor :) It just feels like a quality piece of hardware, And Whats better then free? Nothing. Well... Maybe free cookies... ;)
I will definetly be buying quite a few of these. I love stocking up on things that I love, And we all know how I love to buy things for people. 510 Passthrough - Best gift ever.

Alright. On with the review!

I ordered the 5 piece 10ML Sampler.

All flavors are the PG/VG Velvet blend 36mg

The Bottle-

(I have had alot of SHI**y bottles come to me half empty, leaking everywhere.) =

Thankfully, these arrived full, Non-leaky and all was well with the world.

The bottles are sturdy. The plastic is soft, so dripping into carts is easy. I dig the fact that they are short and fat, Though they are still 10ML. It sets them aside from all the other bottles I have from different companies that are all exactly the same.

The Juice-

Snickerdoodle-

Man was I excited about this one, Whats better then cookies? Nothing. Thats what. Strangely enough, this one actually tastes similar. I wouldn't say that if you gave it to me with out telling me what it was that I could tell you the flavor is SNICKERDOODLE, But I can taste the resemblance. If nothing else, Its yummy. Sweet tasting, and produces a good amount of vapor. Nice throat hit too!

Buttered Popcorn-

One word. Yuck. The first vape gave me a hint of stale popcorn, but nothing like what I was expecting. I have vaped a delicious popcorn flavor once from electronicstix, And I think I have been spoiled. Every puff after that got worse, and ended with some burned plastic taste that made me want to throw up a little.

Now... Before you start thinking its my hardware... It isn't. Maybe I need to let this one sit for a while then try it again. Maybe one day when I am feeling VERY brave, I will. Can't comment of vapor/throat hit as the flavor grossed me out.

Caramel Latte-

I have spent a couple hundred dollars trying to find a great liquid to replace my love/Daily addiction to $7 iced coffees. This week has been 2 for 2!(I'll review my other new fav from another supplier later) Caramel Latte has a strong espresso flavor, but there is alot of creme and caramel in there as well. Its not sickly sweet, but its not bitter either. It seems to be a well balanced DELICIOUS coffee vape. I will definitly be buying this one in a larger bottle. Yuummmm. :) Again, Good amounts of vapor. Not too harsh, But still has a nice throat hit.

Root Beer Float-

It never ceases to trip me out when I try a new flavor, and I am shocked at how much it tastes like the real thing! I found my self confused for a second, because there was no delicious Ice cream and soda combination melting in my mouth. But... THE TASTE WAS THERE. The Intense Root Beer flavor mixed with mellow vanilla ice cream. Straight up Delicious! Definetly buying a full sized bottle of this one :) As with the others, It produced a good amount of vapor, and had a nice throat hit.

Cappuccino-

Hmm.. Not something I would ever buy again. Its bitter but doesn't really have much of a taste. Not much to say about this one.

Tiramisu-

I didn't even order this one! Kat threw it in as a freebie! I LOVE Freebies, (who doesn't) It makes me want to support that persons business that much more. After working in customer service for a few years, All I want in life is Great customer Service... That little extra. With that said, This flavor is good. I wouldn't say it tastes like Tiramisu, But it sure tastes good. Sweet and yummy. Kind of like snickerdoodle, but with more coffee mixed in. Its good. Ill buy a full bottle of this one. Good throat hit, Good Vapor.

All in all my experience with Velvet Vapors was a good one. I was concerned at first, as the shipping time was not what I am used to, but after realizing that my juices were being hand mixed to my specifications, I cooled my jets and waited patiently. I'm glad I did!

Prices were fair. I think I paid $35.00 for 56ML's... Not too shappy I guess when your trying out new flavors.
